A Weekend to Reconnect Yourself
On Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24, join “Meditating Presence”, the first weekend of training and practice in tantra meditation with conscious breathing, led by Valentina Armirotti, a qualified wellness practitioner. Suitable for everyone, this experience is our invitation to slow down, reconnect, and truly feel yourself again.

Each stay with us is designed to be a regenerating experience, immersed in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of our family-run B&B in Lerici. Care and love are our guiding principles. Our two greatest strengths?
Our breakfast
Every morning begins with something special. We personally prepare a generous sweet and savory breakfast, featuring homemade products, ingredients from our vegetable garden, and selected items from small local organic farms. Among our offerings: homemade cakes and focaccia; cereals and yogurt; eggs and cheeses; cold cuts; protein spreads; jams and fresh fruit juices; coffee, tea and barley coffee; milk and plant-based alternatives. Gluten-free options are also available upon request.
The panoramic veranda
Our panoramic veranda — thoughtfully renovated and lovingly furnished during the restoration of our home — is where we serve breakfast, herbal teas, aperitivos and light evening bites. It is a privileged space overlooking the entire Gulf of Poets, the perfect setting to enjoy a peaceful moment, soak in the natural light, and simply breathe in the beauty of Liguria.
